My Thoughts:  I absolutely love my Stila products.  I really do.  And I was so so excited to try this one out.  I'll start off by saying that I adore the brush.  I love that it's nice and dense as well as small enough to not overwhelm my small eyes.  However, I didn't find that it gave me any curl.  My lashes are notoriously straight.  I can heat my lash curler with my hair dryer and crimp the crap out of them, and by the time that I'm done applying mascara to one eye both sets of lashes are stick straight again.  It's almost comical how quickly any curl falls from them.  Needless to say, it takes a lot to really impress me in the curling department for a mascara.

Stila Forever Your Curl Mascara Review

Beyond all that however, I did really like the way this mascara looked on my lashes.  It lasted well thoughout the day without flaking or smudging, and it didn't feel like tried twigs by the end of the day either.  It was very easy to remove with my coconut oil and didn't irritate my eyes at all.  I'm curious what it would be like for my lashes with extended use, so after I'm done testing out all of the different mascaras I've got I'll try this for a longer period of time than a day to see how it effects their curl over time.

The pigmentation is great and is a very dense black, and there was a good lengthening to them compared to no mascara at all.  The volume was decent as well with two thin coats with no clumping.

Final Verdict:  I really like this mascara, but for me with one use it didn't live up to it's instant curling claims.  I'll definitely be using it again to test the curling factor over time, and I may purchase a full size in the future.

  1. Well I like this line so I may give it a try. My lashes curl naturally so I don't need a lash curler. The ability to curl my lashes isn't a deal breaker for me.

    Thanks for the review.
